Introduction

You may wish to schedule your system to charge or discharge at specific times of day. This can be achieved via the Daily Schedule page, accessible from your Qendercore account. This can be accessed from both the Qendercore App and the Qendercore Web Client.

NOTE: These steps assume that the system has already been successfully linked with your Qendercore account and connected to the internet - See Quick Start guide for information on how to do this

Daily Schedule will be ignored when inverter is being controlled by external sources such as VPP Control.

Instructions

Logging in to Qendercore and Enabling Schedule Mode

  1. Open your Qendercore app or go to the Qendercore Web Client as shown below:
  2. Enter your email and password and click Login.
  3. Once successfully logged in, you'll be directed to the dashboard page automatically. To access additional options, simply click/tap on the three horizontal lines located in the left corner, then select "Daily Schedule" as illustrated below:
  4. The serial number/label of the connected system and the system's location/timezone will be displayed, as shown below:
NOTE: If you have multiple systems connected, you can use the Pencil icon (below) to change which system you are looking at.
  5. To activate Schedule Charge Mode, click/tap on the dropdown arrow below "Schedule State" and select "On". You will now have access to multiple schedules that can be set.

Setting Schedules

Schedules are not allowed to overlap with each other, and are not able to cross over between days. Eg. If a forced charge is required between 10:00 PM and 04:00AM, one schedule will be required for 10:00PM-11:59PM, and then a second schedule will be required for 12:00 AM to 04:00AM.

  1. Click/tap the dropdown arrow below the Schedule Mode you would like to set (ie. first schedule being set you would click on the box below "Schedule 1 Mode").
    1. To charge the battery at a specified time, select "Forced Charge"
    2. To discharge the battery at a specified time, select "Forced Discharge". Forced Discharging does not work while the inverter is generating from solar.
  2. To establish the start time for the schedule, click on the clock symbol in the box labelled "Schedule Start Time" for the schedule you are setting(ie. first schedule being set you would click on the clock below "Schedule 1 Start Time"). The mode you have set in Step 1 will start at this time.
  3. Similarly, to set the end time for the schedule, click on the clock symbol in the box labelled "Schedule End Time" for the schedule you are setting(ie. first schedule being set you would click on the clock below "Schedule 1 End Time"). The mode you have set in Step 1 will stop at this time. If there is no other schedules starting after this time, the inverter will return to its normal operating mode.
You can choose between AM and PM by selecting the appropriate option from the bottom left and right of the clock interface.

Min/Max SOC

By default, the scheduled charge should be set to charge up to 100% SOC and the schedule discharge will discharge to 10% SOC. If you would like to adjust these values, you can adjust these in the boxes labelled "Min. Battery SOC %" and "Max. Battery SOC". A minimum SOC of 10% is required, and the inverter will stop discharging if it reaches the Minimum SOC - Self Use value set at time of installation.

Force Charge/Discharge Current

Currently, the Forced Charge and Forced Discharge current values are set to the maximum value your inverter/battery will be capable of. If this is required to be changed for any reason, please raise a support ticket with your system serial numbers and we can action this for you remotely.

Applying Changes

Once you have configured the timing, mode and min/max SOC as required, simply click the "Submit" button at the bottom to save these parameters. You will receive a popup notification once the new settings have been applied.
