Introduction
Once your Qendercore Hub is connected to the internet and communicating with the Qendercore servers, you will need to link the device/s to your account. This document will run you through this procedure using the setup mode functionality of the Qendercore Device. Please make sure that you have connected the Qendercore device to the internet using either Ethernet, WiFi or WPS.
See Qendercore Setup Manual for the most up to date version of any Qendercore Setup Procedures. This document is intended as a short outline of one of the most common parts of the overall Setup process.
Required Equipment

- DONSTR002 - Qendercore Mini Hub
- DONSTR003 - Qendercore DIN Hub
- Connected to a compatible device:
- Soltaro Inverter
- Soltaro Air Conditioner
- LITIOT Smart Meter
Instructions
- On your Qendercore Device, double click the Interactive Button to put it into Setup Mode. This will be indicated by the GREEN MODE LED starting to slow flash.
- DONSTR001- Button is located just above the POWER LED.
- DONSTR002- Button is located in the centre of the hub.
- Once in Setup Mode, triple click the Interactive Button to activate the Qendercore WiFi AP. This will be indicated by the GREEN MODE LED starting to fast flash.
- On your computer or smart device, open your WiFi settings and connect to the WiFi network named "Qendercore". When prompted for a password, input "p1234567". You should be connected to the Qendercore AP, with No Internet.
- On smart devices with mobile data, it is recommended to switch off mobile data from this point onwards. Airplane mode may be suitable for this.
- Once connected, use your preferred Web Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc), and navigate to http://qendercore.local OR 192.168.89.89. You will be directed to the page below:
- Click on Continue, you will be directed to the page below, then click on "Link Manually" to create an account linkage request.
- Here you can input a Qendercore Account ID (which can be found by checking Account Info in the Qendercore App or Web Client), or an email address.
- If a Qendercore Account ID is used, then an access request notification will come up for that Qendercore Account in the Active Notifications section of the Qendercore App or Web Client.
- If an email address is used, a One Time Password will be sent to that email address that must be input to submit the request.
- If the email address has an existing Qendercore Account, then an access request notification will come up for that Qendercore Account in the Active Notifications section of the Qendercore App or Web Client.
- If the email address does not have a Qendercore Account created yet, then an email will be sent to that email address with a prompt to create an account. Once the account is created and logged in, the access request notification will be present in the Active Notifications section.
- If a Qendercore Account ID is used, then an access request notification will come up for that Qendercore Account in the Active Notifications section of the Qendercore App or Web Client.
- From the access request notification, you will be prompted to either "Take Ownership" or "Request Access". Ownership should be taken by the End User of the device, who will then be able to approve any subsequent requests for access (ie. from installers, VPP program's, other house members).
